With hams and Rage Missile I do ~700dps The Cerberus is not really a solo ship. You're better off doing missions with it. But when I do fight, its usually in a fleet and it really packs a punch. Tank also holds out a lot.

I run them with my tengu. Get in scan for the implant quickly access it and run the other cans for the covert modules that sell for 500k each. Worst site gave me about 80mil. Best one got me 300 mil.

Known space uses some sort of logging in system. So when you jump through a stargate you are being registered into that system. One mechanic you could add is either choose to log out of that system and lock out local for both you and other people...

Why don't you use a scripted HIC? That will prevent anything from warping away from you. Use scrams instead of disruptors. Cloak up in a spot and wait for the target to come to you.

Officers haven't been removed from any space, they still spawn. CCP made it so that if you want officer spawn you need to actually RAT. Kill enough npcs in belt then you will get a faction spawn or hauler and after that you will get the officer....
